1. How frequently will I receive the CENTURY Insights?

1. You will receive an email per child every Monday with data based on their work the previous week.

2. Why am I not receiving emails?

1. In order to receive emails:

   1. You must have a CENTURY guardian account—you will have received an email from CENTURY with information about the platform and the Guardian Portal

      • If you have an account, click here to log in and if you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘forgot your password?’

      • If you do not yet have an account, please let the school know

   2. You must have at least one child on CENTURY who is assigned to a CENTURY class this academic year with the necessary courses

3. What happens if I have multiple children on CENTURY?

1. So long as you’ve been set up as a guardian for all your children, upon logging in to CENTURY, you will be able to click on your children’s dashboards.

2. As for the insight emails, you will receive an email per child per week.

4. How is CENTURY using my child’s data and mine?

1. CENTURY is fully compliant with all relevant data protection legislation, including GDPR and has processes in place to ensure data is secure. Personal information, such as names and dates of birth are authorised to be shared with CENTURY in accordance with the school’s data sharing agreements with guardians.

5. How can I opt out of these emails?

1. You can find an ‘unsubscribe’ button on every email. Please click on it if you wish to stop receiving emails from CENTURY. Please note this will exclude you from all future communications from CENTURY but not from your school.

6. What happens if my child has not used CENTURY the last 7 days?

1. You might receive an email mentioning there was insufficient data to fully populate the email and suggesting you encourage your child to log back in and continue their learning on CENTURY.

7. What does the Assignments section show?

1. This section highlights the completion of nuggets (micro lessons) that were assigned by your child’s teacher and were due the previous week. All assigned nuggets completed ahead of the email being sent will be included in the completion statistic.
