Once you have been granted managerial access you are able to submit CSVs for onboarding via the platform. Once they have been verified by our team, they will be onboarded and the team will notify you. This typically is completed within one working day.
To do this please go to Class Admin and select Onboarding
Here you can download the correct template for upload. Please see some guidance on creating your CSV file here and reach out to your account manager if you have any questions.
Once you have prepared your file, you can upload the file for verification from the team.
If you would like to be assigned managerial access please get in touch with your account manager.
