How to import a plan using the Planner

When using the Planner tab, you have the option to create your own plan or import a colleagues plan. 

You can import a colleagues plan if they have set up a plan for any of their classes which have the same course assigned as yours. 

To import a plan, go to the Planner tab, and click on the class you would like to set the plan up for.

Click on the course the plan has been created for and click 'import plan'

A search box will appear with a list of all the classes which have the same course assigned to them, where a plan has already been set up. 

Choose the correct class and select 'import'

The imported plans will then appear, and you can edit them to suit your class by clicking 'edit' and once you are happy with the plans, make sure to press the 'save' button on the top right hand side.

Editing the plan will allow you to: change the start date of the plan, change how the plan is active for, delete nuggets or add any additional nuggets. This will not affect the plan for the class that you imported it from.
