Using My Planner: how do I view data in a graph and table format?

Modified on Mon, 21 Aug 2023 at 04:55 PM

To view the scores achieved on the nugget(s) that were set for a class using the planner tool, click into the My Planner tab and then on the class the plan was set for. Select the course the nuggets were set from and a window will pop up showing the plan that had been set for the class.

The rings on the plan reflect the completion (inner ring) and average score (outer ring) of the class.

If an orange hazard sign appears next to the nugget title, this indicates that students have struggled with that particular nugget.

If a green exclamation mark appears next to the nugget title, this indicates that your students' scores were significantly above average in the nugget.

Click onto the little i icon next to the rings and the classe's results from the set nuggets will appear. The graph in the top-right of the screen reflects the distribution of student scores on each nugget that was in the plan. Hover over the blue dots on the graph to view how many students achieved each percentage.

The table at the bottom of the screen shows the percentage achieved for each student per every nugget set in the plan.  You can sort this by clicking on the nugget name at the top of the column.
