Password requirements

Modified on Fri, 16 Aug at 3:25 PM

All passwords must contain at least 8 characters, however there are no requirements on which characters can be used.

Please see our password recommendations below:

  • Avoid choosing obvious passwords such as the name of your first pet

  • Do not use common passwords such as password123 or 12345678

  • Use a different password from all your other passwords

  • Do not use your CENTURY password elsewhere at work, school or home

  • Do not record your password anywhere, however, if you do need to record it, make sure you record it securely - such as in a sealed envelope in a secure location

  • You can use a password management software such as LastPass, Apple Keychain or 1password

If you enter an invalid username or password 10 times in the space of 5 minutes, your account will be locked.

You will need to wait 5 minutes before you can enter your password again, or you can reset your password following these steps

Once your password has been updated, you will be able to log in with your new password.

If a student is locked out, their teacher can reset their password following these steps, and the student will be able to log back on immediately with their new password.
