How to add an individual guardian to CENTURY

This method is used for onboarding individual guardians to CENTURY to enable them to view their learner’s Dashboard. If you have a list of many guardians to onboard at once, follow these instructions to mass onboard guardians using CSVs.

To onboard an individual guardian:

1. Go to Class Admin

2. Click on the Students tab, then search for and select the student

3. Select ‘Add guardian’

4. You will be prompted to add the guardian’s email address, then click ‘Add’ 

5. Enter their first and last name, then click ‘Add’

6. Guardians will receive an email from CENTURY to set up a password for their newly created account

7. Upon logging in, the guardian will be able to see their child/children's Dashboard 

Please note:

• Any learner can have a maximum of 2 guardians. 

• If the guardian has more than one child in your organisation, add their email address for any other children and they will receive an email to notify them of each addition.
