What Learners Receive
Every Monday, learners receive a personalised insight email including their:
Week at a Glance: Total nuggets and questions completed.
Nugget Highlights: Top-performing topics and specific areas for growth.
Assignment Updates: Direct links to Assignments and upcoming deadlines.
Achievements: Recently earned badges and milestones to reach next.
Re-engaging Inactive Learners
If a learner hasn't logged in recently, they will still receive an Insight Email. These serve as a gentle nudge by surfacing due assignments and providing "back on track" links to help them re-engage with their learning pathway.
