Smart IA Breakdown Report

Modified on Wed, 10 Jun at 10:07 AM

CENTURY is able to schedule a Smart IA Breakdown report for your organisation, which details areas of the assessment that individual learners answered well and areas that require further focus.

This scheduled report is sent as a downloadable CSV file via email from our reporting service and can be imported into your organisation's systems. This provides greater reporting abilities allowing staff to set targets or Individual Learning Plans.

Setting up the report

Please contact your account manager who will be able to set up this report for you. They will need to know the frequency of delivery required and the email address you wish for your report to be sent to.

Understanding the report

Answered Well

Shows areas for which the learner was assessed and performed well. Only topic areas that align with their working towards level, one level above and one level below are displayed

Needs focus

Shows areas for which the learner was assessed and did not perform strongly. Only topic areas that align with their working towards level, one level above and one level below are displayed

Understanding Results

CENTURY awards learners a working towards level and sub-level. This is a recommendation for the course they should be placed on.

A student with a ‘Higher’ sub-level is closer to achieving their indicated level. You may wish to enter them for their qualification sooner.

A student working at a ‘Lower’ sub-level may have more gaps in their knowledge and need additional support before being ready for their qualification.

Once a decision has been made about a learner’s level, they will need to be added to their appropriate teaching class, which will have their full course assigned.
