What's new on CENTURY - September 2026

Modified on Wed, 10 Jun at 9:16 AM

At CENTURY, we are constantly working on adding new functionalities and improving your user experience. In case you missed it, we’ve released a range of new admin features to make using CENTURY even better for teachers and staff. Click on the links below to be taken to the relevant help page with more information:

Individual teacher account creation

You can now create individual teacher accounts on an ad-hoc basis via Class Admin, including setting their user roles, without having to use CSV onboarding.

User role management

Users with Manager access can now change the permissions on other teacher accounts to add and remove Manager or Leadership access.

Individual student account creation

Student accounts can now also be created through the Students tab of Class Admin, where you can then assign them to a class later.

Deactivating / reactivating teacher accounts

Along with student accounts, teacher accounts can now be deactivated and reactivated via Class Admin. Deactivating an account means they will no longer be able to access CENTURY.

Download user lists

You can now download a CSV list of all the students or teachers onboarded to your organisation on CENTURY. This includes the option to include disabled accounts, and for teachers, whether to filter for specific roles (e.g. managers or leadership).

CSV self-onboarding (Coming soon!)

Administrators will soon be able to automatically onboard students and teachers without needing to be processed by the CENTURY team, making it quicker and easier to manage your users.

Password management (Coming soon!)

Users with the relevant permissions can soon manage and change passwords directly within the CENTURY platform, giving you greater control over your accounts.
